This is definitely in my top 3 pug related games, but it needs to have an overall goal. The speed dating loses its allure after the first few.

I loved this app so much I saw a bunch of Youtubers doing it than saw the app and could not resist it was worth its money!!!

I really enjoy this app for the laughs and conversations. Its a really funny and intuitive game, and its like going on an actual date!! Lol

I think it has an interesting concept, and I like it. The only suggestion that I have is that the pugs could be different colors. Like if it was a boy pug, it would be blue and the girls could just be pink. Other than that, thats all I have to say!

Loving the app

Ive been waiting for this game to come to mobile for a while, and here we are. Its a dream come true. Now I can fill the hole in my heart anywhere.

Ok. First off best request for an app review Ive seen in a while. The game itself mirrors dating in a way I find pretty cool. I started some online dating recently and my experiences range pretty wildly because its not something Ive done before. I usually meet friends and things go from there. Im not saying this will up youre dating game but it is incredibly funny.

My friend posted about this game on my Facebook feed because... Well, pugs. Or because Im single. Or both. Either way, like any pug owner, you live and breathe all things pugs so shelling out two bucks for pug speed dating seemed ideal. Its silly, its cute, most of the pugs look half drunk drooling over the table and look like they are having a miserable time. Im in between. The dialogue is witty and humorous but Im really not sure if theres a goal in site for this game like if I actually get to go on a second date with one of these pugs. The highlight was one pug telling me his favorite starter Pokemon was Charmander and I thought it was going well but it turns out he thought I was grotesque. Eventually, after multiple partners, one pug asked if I would rate the app which I thought was a shameless way to get reviews while preying on single individuals. Whatever, Im writing a review. Im still single though. But I also have my own pug to go home to so thats a plus, but mostly, this game just brings back sad memories of my two that passed last year. Yep. Okay, back to the speed dating.

Hot Date is a wonderful mix of humor and subtle commentary on the complexities of dating and making connections with others. If youve ever stumbled through an Ok Cupid conversation and ever wondered how you made it on the other side, this game provides a familiar, albeit far more charming slice of that experience. Certainly worth the price of admission.

I think that this app is amazing its hilarious I love it I think its adorable too I think everybody should play it.

Ive taken 6 screenshots of responses to questions. Pretty funny. Dating pugs is haaaaard.

Definitely worth the price of entry, and a creative way to kill some time. Theres no apparent depth or goals, which will turn away people looking for a traditional "game" but it scratches the itch for a funny, sometimes depressing, time waster.
